Work-based Learning

Through a Work-based Learning experience, students are expected to apply the theory and skills learned in the classroom and develop techniques in analysis and evaluation, problem solving and decision-making in the complex work environment. The goal of this Work-based Learning program is to enhance the student's building trades knowledge and to develop additional soft-skills that strengthen personal qualities important in the workforce. Moreover, this program will connect students with employers to produce a better-quality graduate and employee of the building trades for the present and for the future.
